SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for oral cleaning. Device for directing fluid flow into multiple surfaces of mammalian oral cavity comprises handle, neck, head, first and second distributors to hold portions of liquid and feeding of fluid portion into chamber through holes in inner side wall, first and second feeding device of distributors to feed fluid portions in distributors and/or discharge from them. Handle comprises first and second ports to receive liquid in handle, arranged on proximal end of handle, and first and second channels for fluid transport, which are connected with first and second ports on proximal end of handle and pass through handle in lengthwise direction. Neck has first and second channels for fluid transport, extending longitudinally through neck. Head comprises cleaning component, containing chamber to hold liquid directly near multiple surfaces. Chamber is formed by proximal and distal sealing membranes, first and second inner side walls, passing in longitudinal direction between proximal and distal sealing membranes, and inner base wall, passing horizontally between said first and second inner side walls and in longitudinal direction between said proximal and distal sealing membranes, wherein first and second inner side walls have multiple holes.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of cleaning mammalian oral cavity.
