SUBSTANCE: method includes removal of affected part of stomach; suturing of stomach stump; immersion of upper and lower angles of stomach stump by semipurse-string sutures; covering the remaining line of mechanical suture by interrupted seromuscular sutures and simultaneous formation of stomach fundus; formation of precolonic anastomosis between stomach anterior wall and small intestine by suturing small intestine antiperistaltic with respect to stomach stump; transverse incision of small intestine in point of joint; formation of side-to-side anastomosis. In particular case, intestinal anastomosis is applied in region of ejunal flexure. EFFECT: prevention of postoperative complications. 2 cl, 2 ex
