FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves interposing small intestine into the removed stomach area. The lesser curvature is built from caudal intestinal knee. The greater curvature is built from the oral intestinal knee. Muff-shaped esophageointestinal anastomosis is built. Reservoir-to-duodenal-stump anastomosis is built. Small intestine continuity is restored by first building gastrointestinal anastomosis. Then, the greater curvature of the stomach is determined. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; simplified operation. 2 cl, 6 dwg
