FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing posterior stomach stump to jejunum edge opposite to the mesenterium. Jejunum section is carried out in sidelong direction with stomach stump to jejunum incision length ratio reaching 2:1. Excessive gastric mucous membrane is to be excised. Jejunum mucosa is invaginated into the stomach lumen. Stomach stump is immersed into seromuscular union formation of the jejunum. Constrictor is modeled using jejunal muscular layer. EFFECT: prevented intestinal suture inconsistency; eliminated enterogastric reflux.
