FIELD: medicine, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of inhalations in combination with usual treatment: leukinferon (dose is 10 000 IU by interferon) diluted in 5 ml of 0.9-% sodium chloride solution in the first day and sodium chloride physiological solution beginning from the second day. Inhalations are carried out for 10 min 3 times per a day at break for 4 h up to disappearance of clinical symptoms. Method ensures to arrest larynx stenosis for the first 24 h.
