FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying direct laryngoscopy examination. When doing the direct laryngoscopy examination, laryngeal mucosa and vocal fold area are exposed to single laser radiation treatment in direct way using light-conducting headpiece of 0.08- 0.16 mW, wavelength of 0.82-0.83 mcm, impulse succession frequency of 500-700 Hz. Exposure time is equal to 30-60 s. Additional transcutaneous larynx area treatment and then thymus projection area, suprarenal gland projection area and ulnar vein area sequential treatment is concurrently administered beginning from the first day. Laser radiation of 0.87-0.91 mcm wavelength, radiation power of 2-5 W, impulse succession frequency of 80-150 Hz is applied for 60-120 s on each field daily. The total treatment course is 5-7 days long. Bacterial immunomodulator IRS-9 is selected as inhalation preparation for use beginning from the first day in permissible doses in therapeutic mode. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 1 tbl
