FIELD: veterinary virology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vaccine used for prophylaxis of Mareck's disease. Virus-vaccine has suspension of chicken SPF-embryo fibroblast cells infected with the strain "VNIIZZH/N 110-DEP" (collection of VGNKI) of turkey herpes virus, cattle serum blood and dimethylsulfoxide. Components are taken in the following ratio, wt. -%: infected cells suspension, 60.0-80.0; cattle serum blood, 15.0-25.0; and dimethylsulfoxide 5.0-15.0.
