FIELD: sports and medicine. SUBSTANCE: combined exerciser has upper and lower bases interconnected by columns. Pulley block is connected with set of weights and provided with block-and-tackle, spring-loaded and stationary units. Carriage is mounted on columns formed as guides. Stem is positioned so that it may be fixed relative to carriage, weights and upper base. According to one version, cable tension regulator is made in the form of eccentric leverage pivotal parallelogram, and according to other version, cable tension regulator is formed as block mounted on rear wall of carriage and guard casing with open upper and lower ends. Cable is passed through this block, with part of cable hanging from it. Stop carbines disposed on cable ends are engageable with blocks on upper and lower bases. Biceps table has detachable pivotally connected frame with bracket carrying load force stabilizer which is provided with rotary eccentric and spindle offset one with respect to the other. Eccentric is positioned for periodical engagement with cable and spindle is adapted for pivotal attachment of carbine. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 9 dwg
