FIELD: controlling angular motion of moving objects. SUBSTANCE: method and device implementing it use application of control actions in response to increase in angle of orientation of desired precision or to increase in angular velocity above desired precision of angular velocity when angle is smaller than desired precision of orientation. Independent circuits for determining moments of application of control actions and assignment of their duration ensure separate variation of control coefficients for each circuit, such as operating thresholds, pulse length, damping coefficients without changing characteristics of adjacent circuit. EFFECT: improved control characteristics. 2 cl, 3 dwg
