FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves presowing preparing of soil; sowing winter crops; caring for shoots in autumn and spring. Autumn caring involves triple cutting of vegetative part of shoots, with first cutting process being performed 15-20 days upon sowing and combined with shoot hilling for providing intensified rootage and tillering node growth. Second cutting process is performed 7-10 days after first cutting process. Third cutting process is performed directly prior to forming of snow cover. EFFECT: increased yield and reduced seeding rate.
