The composition also includes citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, malt extract, natural honey, metabisulfite or sodium pyrosulfite, phosphatides. Soya oil is used as oil in the composition. All the components are taken in the following ratio, wt.%: granulated sugar, 3.30-4.12; soya oil, 17.34-21.35; citric acid, 0.20-0.35; sodium bicarbonate, 0.40-0.60; malt extract, 0.51-0.72; common salt, 0.50-0.68; wheat flour, 62.91-64.40; yeast, 0.31-0.40; melange, 5.0-5.92; fat-free dry milk, 0.41-0.55; natural honey, 0.40-0.47; ammonium carbonate, 1.25-1.55; metabisulfite, 0.01-0.02; or sodium pyrosulfite, phosphatides, 0.03-0.05; nut, 2.82-3.12.
