SUBSTANCE: described is adhesive composition comprising film-forming agent, thickener, water, tributyl phosphate, ammonium sulfate, sodium tetraborate, diethylene glycol or ethyl cellusolve. Film-forming agent comprises aqueous dispersion of butyl acrylate-styrene-methacrylic acid copolymer at weight ratio of monomers of 60: 37: 7, and thickener is mixture of sodium derivative of carboxymethyl cellulose or hydroxyethyl cellulose and 7% aqueous solution of polyacrylamide, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: aqueous dispersion of butyl acrylate-styrene-methacrylic acid copolymer at 60:33:7 ratio, 24-30; sodium derivative of carboxymethyl cellulose or hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.4-2; 7% aqueous solution of polyacrylamide, 0.4-2; sodium tetraborate 1- 3; ammonium sulfate, 0.8-4; tributyl phosphate, 0.5-0.8; diethylene glycol or ethyl cellosolve, 0.8-1.5; and the water balance.
