FIELD: surfactants. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surfactant compositions forming flocculated systems in water. Composition, in particular, contains gel-forming surfactant, water, and flocculant in amount sufficient to form flocculated, unstable and viscous gel-like composition. The latter also contains stabilizer capable of forming micelles in aqueous phase, which represents compound including C6-C25-alkyl, alkenyl, or alkylaryl group attached with its one end to the end of at least one hydrophilic group having molecular weight higher than 300. Stabilizer may also include polymer composed of more than four hydrophilic monomers. Indicated compound is selected, in particular, from the group consisting of polyglycosides and alkylthiolopolycaboxylates. EFFECT: enabled high surfactant and/or electrolyte level. 14 cl, 4 tbl, 26 ex
