SUBSTANCE: heat treatment of atomized fuel jet is accomplished at the jet issue by a flow of thermal plasma generated by an electric arc gas heater in the pre-combustion chamber pre-heated to 500 to 750 C by the flow of plasma; the length of the plasma flow is formed proceeding from a definite condition.
