FIELD: power engineering; units for burning and heat treatment of coals; thermal power stations; boiler houses. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant is used for production of high-grade synthesis gas consisting of hydrogen and carbon monoxide; plant includes bin for crushing coal, water reservoir and disperser communicated with them, gas generator mounted vertically and provided with gasifying chamber, separator for separation of gaseous products of gasifying process and mineral wastes; plant is also provided with distributing for water-coal fuel which connected with disperser and gasifying chamber made in form of hollow cylinder with flow swirler secured on axle; located in lower portion of this cylinder are burners for spraying water-coal fuel, water and carbon dioxide; it is provided with cylindrical casing located coaxially on the outside forming chamber for burning water-coal fuel; said casing is provided with cover on which burners are smoothly distributed; it is also provided branch pipe for feeding air to combustion chamber. Besides that, it is provided with heat exchanger-separator separating combustion products of water-coal fuel; it is made in form of successive sections for separation of ash, water, nitrogen and sections for separation of carbon dioxide; it is communicated with gasifying chamber, water distributing unit which is communicated in its turn with section separating water of heat exchanger-separator, with disperser and gasifying chamber; combustion chamber for burning water-coal fuel is connected with heat exchanger-separator and with distributing unit by means of pipe lines.
