FIELD: optical equipment, in particular, for flying vehicles which takes pictures of earth surface. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, which carries 3 optoelectronic star assemblies, which include axis position fixation system, and scanning mirror for targeting camera equipment. Reflecting plane of axis position fixation systems of optoelectronic star assemblies is designed as scanning mirror for targeting camera equipment. Its mirror surface interacts with light beam which is directed in parallel to in opposite to axes of measuring channels of axis position fixation systems in automatic collimation mode. In addition targeting mirror is mounted for rotation about either of its two axes within range of interaction angles. EFFECT: increased precision due to decreased error in measurement of angular elements for external orientation of sight line of camera devices. 1 dwg
