FIELD: photogrammetry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to photogrammetry and can be used for ordinance survey by comparing two or more images of the same section. According to the invention, geodesic coordinates to points of detail are determined from results of goniometric measurements on different space images. The distinctive feature of the invention is that, goniometric photogrammetric measurements are taken on two different images, obtained using satellite-borne observation systems. The geodesic coordinates of points of detail are determined from unified methodological positions. Mathematical transformations are done in angular values through directional cosines of vectors of viewing beams without using information on topographical relief.
EFFECT: invention provides the user with digital models of relief on territory of interest.
