FIELD: food and chemical industries. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical body with perforated partitions installed perpendicular to body axis, branch pipes for supply of oil and liquid reagent and for discharge of oil after treatment. Device additionally has appliance for mixing of oil and liquid reagent which is installed inside body. Partitions have swirlers. Branch pipes for supply of oil and liquid reagent are located at the same axis square to body axis. Swirlers are made in the form of arc-wise plates and installed on periphery of partition at some angle to its diameter. Mixing appliance is made in the form of rotor with blades.
