FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: straight-flow valve includes a body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, the axes of which are located at an acute angle to the body axis. In the body there installed is a cylindrical insert with a flow cross section and a guide sleeve, a hollow shutoff element and an ellipse seat. The latter has a diagonal cut on the side of the flow cross section of the body and internal flange. To the flange there attached is a mechanism connecting the shutoff element to the drive. The above connection mechanism provides rotation of the shutoff element through 180° about its axis at its movement along the body axis. Hollow shutoff element is made in the form of a pipe piece. Ellipse seat is made in the form of a shaped seal located between the guide sleeve and the support ring and interacting on the side of the diagonal cut with outer surface of the shutoff element in the form of a pipe piece in the valve closed position. The support ring is fixed on the cylindrical insert. The connection mechanism is made in the form of a power plank with a fastener and a piston with a thrust bearing, which is attached to the internal flange of the shutoff element. Compression spring rests on the bearing. The drive is made in the form of two coaxial hydraulic cylinders: internal and external, which are located in upper part of the body. Internal hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the external flange of the body and provided with an internal channel for supply of command pressure to open the flow cross section with the shutoff element.
