FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: vegetable oil absorption purification apparatus consists of a vertical cylindrical body with a conic bottom, contained in a steam jacket, a vertical shaft with rectangular vertical blades, a drive, nipples for oil, heating steam, condensate as well as gas phase delivery and discharge; each operation side of the rectangular vertical blades is equipped with inclined blades positioned with a clearance between them.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance effectiveness of absorbent particles stirring with vegetable oil and reduce energy expenditures on stirring resulting from creation of prevalent mixed radiaxial circulation of liquid phase combined with reduction of the blades front resistance due to inclined blades installed on them.
