FIELD: prevention of deposit sedimentation in heat exchange equipment and rate control of production processes. SUBSTANCE: device has pulse ultrasound oscillator, which has magnetostrictive emitter, which winding is connected in serial circuit with capacitor, controlled electronic gate, which is designed as resonance frequency converter which is equipped with adder at input and includes two power transistors, pulse generator and master pulse oscillator. Power transistors are connected in series. Their circuit is connected through capacitor and winding of magnetostrictive emitter to current detector, which is connected through adder to input of master pulse oscillator, which outputs are connected to bases of power transistors. EFFECT: increased frequency range, increased stability of output parameters. 1 dwg
