FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method proposes to use autogenic polyimmune plasma obtained by immunization of patient with the mixed staphylococcus-proteus-pyocyanic vaccine followed by plasma sampling off by plasmapheresis method. Plasma transfusion is carried out for the first three days after operation by 2-4 procedures. Method ensures to increase titers of specific antibodies by 4-7-fold as compared with the parent ones that results to enhancement of immunity of patients to the main pathogens of surgery infection at early post-operation period.
