FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly, to transfusiology, and can be used for producing donor blood plasma containing defensins, having the highest sensitivity to bacterial culture. For this purpose, in plasma revealed content of antimicrobial peptides defensins and defensins titre of more than 50 pg/mL blood is sampled. Bacterial culture is recovered from patients with complicated infections caused by proteus, pseudomonas and intestinal sticks, aureus and klebsiella, determined sensitivity of this culture to obtained defensins, then is extracted plasma donors with defensins, having the highest sensitivity to the identified bacterial culture.
EFFECT: using the given method enables to obtain blood plasma from donors with content of defensins, having the highest sensitivity to bacterial culture, for treating of hospital infection.
