Vibration may be created by means of unbalanced mass driven by electric motor. Electric motor and unbalanced mass are positioned inside the body. Charging device has body with extended part shaped as column made on surface of body and facing the side opposite to it. In this case, external part enters internal part of receiving chamber of device body without clearance for cleaning of contaminated objects and corresponds to configuration and size of internal part of receiving chamber.
