FIELD: discharging apparatuses for metallurgical vessels. SUBSTANCE: shut off and(or) regulating organ of discharging apparatus includes stator and rotor that may rotate relative to stator. At rotation of rotor flow-through passages communicated with discharging duct are closed for regulating melt draining. Stator or rotor has vacuumized chamber that may be connected with vacuumizing system. Said chamber provides possibility of accurate regulation of melt flow near discharging opening in addition to mechanical regulation. EFFECT: improved design. 14 cl, 7 dwg
