FIELD: stenciling on sheet paper. SUBSTANCE: the rotary machine has a form cylinder carrying a stencil, and an impression cylinder, having at least one recess accommodating the sheet grippers. In its closed position the sheet grippers do not rise above the printing surface of the impression cylinder. Located inside the form cylinder is the adjustable doctor blade that is controlled by the adjusting gear in such a way that in the process of stenciling the doctor blade is pressed to the inner side of the stencil however, it is drawn upwards from the above stencil in that case when the open section of the recess of the impression cylinder passes over the form cylinder.
