FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing polyvinyl- -pyrrolidone aqueous solution and potassium iodide and iodine is placed over indicated solution. Closed space is made, iodine is heated to temperature above 80 C, not above, and technological exposition is carried out at 30-80 C for 2-7 days.
