FIELD: medical devices, in particular, for physical therapy of inner swelling and inflammation by means of heating. SUBSTANCE: device has controlled microwave generator, application unit, which is connected to emitter, which also contains at least one temperature detector and system for liquid temperature stabilization. In addition device has temperature converter, which output is connected to respective input of application unit and device for generation, measuring, calculation and displaying. Outputs of latter device are connected to inputs of controlled microwave generator, temperature converter and indication unit. Its inputs are connected to units for measuring incident power, reflected power, temperature and to control unit. Controlled microwave generator is equipped with directed coupler of incident wave, gate and directed coupler of reflected wave. Generator is designed as serial circuit of microwave oscillator, modulator, power amplifier, which output is connected to directed coupler of incident wave, gate, and directed coupler of reflected wave. Converter has pump, which input is connected to tank and which output is connected to input of temperature converter. Input of converting amplifier is connected to application unit temperature detector. Output of converting amplifier is connected to unit for measuring temperature of device for generation, measuring, calculation and displaying. Said device for generation, measuring, calculation and displaying is designed as pulse-width signal generator, which output is connected to modulator, and which input is connected to personal computer. Inputs of units for measuring incident and reflected waves and temperature are connected to directed couplers of incident and reflected waves and to converting amplifier. Outputs are connected to personal computer. Sound indicator, which is designed as alarm, and indication unit are connected to output of personal computer. One input of personal computer is connected to output of control unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat treatment, regulation of depth of electromagnetic radiation input into tissue, increased convenience due to heating application unit jacket to temperature close to body temperature before it enters into body or applied over body surface; continuous control of output power which is matched to load. 5 cl, 1 dwg
