FIELD: radiolocation, detection of alive people under collapsed walls, snow and so on. SUBSTANCE: in agreement with method wide- band probing signal is emitted into zone of search, reflected signal is received, signals from immobile objects are suppressed by multiplexing and filtration of quadrature components of received signal on intermediate frequency, spatial resolution is carried out, changes of amplitude and phase of reflected signal caused by movements of surface of body are recorded. Device for implementation of method includes SHF generator, directional coupler, pulse modulator, antenna unit, quadrature demodulator, preamplifiers, band-pass filters, multiplexers, multichannel differentiating-integrating filters, demultiplexers, short-circuiting electron keys, LF amplifiers, former of gating pulses, unit controlling demultiplexers, modulating pulse generator, analog-to-digital converter, processing and indication units.
