FIELD: medicine, particularly, nephrology. SUBSTANCE: method includes successive irradiation by low-intensive infrared laser, against background of antibacterial therapy, in pulse conditions of ten zones: projection of upper and lower kidney poles, projection of renal pelves, adrenal gland, inguinal vessels and inguinal lymphonoduses. Seance duration is 5-10 min. Frequency of generated pulses is varied by reducing it from 1500 to 300 Hz as inflammation reduces. Treatment course includes 7-11 procedures.
