FIELD: medicine, in particular, surgery. SUBSTANCE: a multiple polymeric fibre, 0.4 mm in diameter and at least 30 cm long, is introduced in the resected (by 3 to 5 mm), partially or fully depulped, catheterized surface lymph node of the patient's soft tissues through a standard truncated by half the tubular length and fused subolavian catheter, 0.6 or 1.0 mm in dia. The lymph is subjected to laser irradiation at a wavelength of 0.63 mkm and power of 1.8 mW for 50 to 60 min once a day during 4 to 10 days. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and quality of laser irradiation of lymph, reduced terms of treatment of patients. 2 cl, 3 ex
