FIELD: electrical engineering, in particular, excitation windings for electric motors. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, drive, rotation mechanism, working shaft with assembly for mounting coil pattern, mechanisms for locating, pulling and arranging main wire, turn counter. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced assembly for generation of extreme turn of each row with additional drive, which is designed as circuit plate with shaft and mechanisms for winding, pulling, locating and arranging of additional wire. In addition circuit plate shaft is connected through switching coupling to working shaft, while working shaft is connected to device housing. EFFECT: facilitated wiring, increased functional capabilities of electrical devices due to increased number of turns in coils for given size or decreased coil size for given number of turns due to increased density of winding; decreased mounting size of coils, increased reliability of wiring due to mounting of winding terminal on external coil surface. 3 cl, 10 dwg
