FIELD: production of carbon fibers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to winding of thread-like materials and design of bobbin holders. Proposed bobbin holder has housing with coil spring fitted in housing groove. End of spring from side of bobbin is coupled with housing by means of bent off end fitted in housing hole. With thread being wound on bobbin, its inner surface comes in contact with spring coils. Under action of friction forces between bobbin and coils the latter expand increasing in diameter and tightly pressing to inner surface of bobbin, thus providing reliable fixing of bobbin on bobbin holder. EFFECT: provision of winding of low-strength thread-like materials, possibility of use of bobbin holder in thread spreaders for cross winding, simplified design. 3 cl, 2 dwg
