SUBSTANCE: apparatus for drying veneer sheet made by rotation cutting includes at least two conveyor loops 11 turned one to another along outlet path with formation of transporting duct for veneer sheet between them. Drying devices 18 acting upon transporting duct are mounted along outlet path. Two conveyor loops include transporting chains 13 supporting large number of rigid members 13 arranged across transportation direction and joined successively. Rigid members form turned one to another, practically continuous transporting surfaces along said outlet path for restricting transporting duct.
