FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to rolled materials unwinding. Recoiler includes first unwinding element and second unwinding element. First roll is installed in first unwinding position. First roll is transferred to second unwinding position when it is necessary to replace it with second roll. Second roll is retained in waiting mode. During rolls replacement first unwinding element starts second roll rotation. Second unwinding element contains endless flexible element. Endless flexible element extends from first unwinding position to second unwinding position. Flexible element is arranged and controlled so, that first roll is maintained in contact with second unwinding element. Second unwinding element contacts with first roll and rotates it in first and second unwinding positions and during transmission from first to second unwinding positions.

EFFECT: providing ease and feasibility of rolls replacement.
