SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of immunomodulating agents at low titer of blood specific antibodies based on belong of antibodies to classes of immunoglobulins at subacute, obliterated, unapparent, slow or chronic infection course which are given every day or each other day. These agents are combined with oral and/or rectal administration of bifidumbacterin preparations and/or acylact. Then after elevation of blood antibody titer and based on belong of antibodies to classes of immunoglobulins antibiotic therapy is prescribed for 5-14 days. At the end of treatment immunomodulating agents are used again in combination with oral and/or rectal administration of bifidumbacterin and/or acylact administration. Suppositories containing recombinant α₂-interferon and immunoglobulins at effective amount, suppositories or suspension with bifidumbacterin and suppositories or suspension with acylact are administrated successively for 5-10 days in infections of female genital organs by intravaginal route.
