FIELD: food and pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: biologically active addition has immunobiological preparation or mixture of immunobiological preparations and special additions. Addition has protecting agent additionally in the amount 0.5-90.0 wt.% taken among the following order: ascorbic acid and/or lactose, and/or glucose, and/or sucrose, and/or gelatin, and/or polyclucin, and/or albumin, and/or immunoglobulins. Biologically active addition has biomass of nonpathogenic microorganisms in the amount 103-109 CFU and/or autolysate of microorganisms in the amount 0.1-20.0 wt.%, and/or recombinant α2-interferon in the amount 102-109 IU, and/or recombinant α-factor of tumor necrosis in the amount 102-109 U, and/or recombinant interleukin in the amount 102-109 U and/or lysozyme in the amount 0.1-20.0 wt.% as the immunobiological preparation and special additions in the amount 0.5-90.0 wt.% also. Protecting agent has the following ratio of its components, wt.%: ascorbic acid, 1.0-94.0; and/or lactose, 5.0-98.0; and/or glucose, 1.0-10.0; and/or sucrose, 1.0-20.0; and/or gelatin, 0.5-3.0; and/or polyglucin, 1.0-94.0; and/or albumin, 1.0-94.0; and/or immunoglobulins, 3.0-98.0. Biologically active addition has dry protecting agent and/or dry special additions, and/or dry immunobiological preparation or dry mixture of immunobiological preparations in the ground state with particle size 250 mcm, not above. It has a mixture of immunoglobulins IgA, IgG, IgM enriched with IgA and IgM as immunoglobulins. As biomass of nonpathogenic microorganisms it has components of cultured medium and microorganisms of genus Lactobacillus and/or Bifidobacterium, and/or Streptococcus, and/or Propionibacterium, and/or Escherichia, and/or Saccharomyces, and/or beer yeast, and/or baking yeast. As special additions biologically active addition has cross-linking agent as powder or granule. Also, as special additions biologically active addition can has components used for tabletting or capsulating and it can be made as tablet or capsule. Granule or tablet, or capsule can be coated by envelope showing resistance to stomach and duodenum secretions. After addition of necessary technological addition biologically active addition can be used in perfume-cosmetic production, for example, as lip pomade or cream, or jelly or gel. It can be used also in oily-fat production or in pharmaceutical production, for example: solution, paste or ointment, or liniment, or suppository, or suspension. Except for, biologically active addition can be used as sauce or seasoning for salad. Invention provides preparing biologically active additions showing antibacterial, antiviral, immunomodulating properties with the broad range of using and can be used in production of biologically active addition.
