SUBSTANCE: propulsion device has housing, shaft straight levers with weights designed for rotary motion, two pushing mechanisms with self- contained adjustable drive and support rings, and hub connected to shaft. Straight levers with weights are hinge-connected to hub. Eccentrics fitted on rollers provide tilting of levers with weights in turn to make weights move axially relative to shaft together with rotation. To change direction of thrust, hub is moved to opposite pushing mechanism by means of rod arranged inside shaft space. EFFECT: reduced weight and overall dimensions of device. 4 cl, 3 dwg
