FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to first design version, propulsive device contains housing, pair of levers of designed length with rigidly secured flyweights to create traction owing to centrifugal forces, and lever drive. Levers with flyweights are rigidly installed in one plane on parallel kinematically coupled shafts installed on carriage symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of carriage mounted on housing for reciprocation along its longitudinal axis in plane square to shafts. Carriage is furnished with device located in plane of rotation of flyweights of line of action of summary centrifugal force of flyweights for interaction with driven crankshaft. According to second design version, propulsive device is provided with levers and hubs. Drive has toothed wheels and two parallel shafts kinematically intercoupled and installed on carriage parallel to axis. Kinematic couplings between shafts and between shafts and axle are made in form of pairs of toothed wheels, ratio 1:1, installed on shafts and on lever hubs. Potential energy accumulators in form of springs or pneumatic cylinders are provided. EFFECT: increased efficiency at conversion of drive power into traction force. 12 cl, 6 dwg
