FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to test state of structures of pipe-lines, specifically, gas and oil pipe-line, pumping stations, collectors and so on in seismically unstable areas, in zones of unstable ground and permafrost. Process is based on remote polling of transmitters located in diagnosed points of tested objects. Central test point sends coded interrogation signal to measurement units. Measurement information is transmitted to central test point by measurement unit whose own code matches code of interrogation signal.
