FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing clinical examination of a patient, ultrasonic examination (USE) of extracerebral arteries (ECA) and main arteries of the head (MAH). Risk factors (RF) are detected by means of electrocardiogram, their analysis and USE values analysis is carried out. The prediction coefficients F2 ≥ F1, dyscirculation encephalopathy is to be predicted in male patients suffering from lower extremity arteries atherosclerosis obliterans and showing no clinical manifestations of cerebral vascular pathology.
