SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out clinical examination of a patient, ultrasonic dopplerography of brachycephalic arteries, risk factors are determined and brachycephalic arteries damage degree is evaluated. Prognostic coefficients are calculated. Their values are used to predict development course of ischemic cerebral blood circulation disorders, transitory ischemic attack, ischemic insult or dyscirculatory ancephalopathy in male patients distinguished with asympthomatic course of atherosclerotic occlusive damages of the main arteries of the head.
