SUBSTANCE: device has measuring electrode, additional electrode and two idle electrodes, two differential amplifiers, current-to- voltage converter, voltage source and recorder. Goal of invention is achieved by additional electrode, second differential amplifier, and voltage source. Measuring and additional electrodes are designed as coaxial pair with given size and position of electrodes. EFFECT: increased precision of measurement. 3 dwg
