FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making a cut in inguinal area for selecting inferior epigastric vessels, testis and spermatic cord. The inferior epigastric vessels are ligated. Trans muscular canal is formed through supravesical fossa into the scrotum. The testicle is brought down into the scrotum cavity. The testicle is fixed with interrupted suture on the scrotum fundus. The wound is sutured. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 1 tbl
