FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly herniology. A method involves a transection of skin, subcutaneous fat and aponeurosis of the abdominal external oblique muscle 1-1.5 cm above the sonographic projection of the deep inguinal ring. The abdominal internal oblique and transverse muscles are dissected along the muscle fibres to a transverse fascia. The transverse fascia is exposed, and a peritoneum is stripped therefrom within a lateral inguinal fossa below a proximal edge of the incision wound. A hernia sac and partially adjoining testicular neurovascular bundle and deferent duct are exposed. The hernia sac is separated from the above components of the spermatic cord in front of an opening of the deep inguinal ring. If necessary, hydraulic preparation of the vessels, deferent duct and hernia sac with 0.25% novocaine follows.
EFFECT: method enables avoiding the vessel and deferent duct injuries.
