SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically urology for surgical management of cryptorchidism. Substance of the invention: ipsilateral scrotum skin is incised to mobilise Nuck's diverticulum along the whole length to a transitory fold. That is followed by deinvagination of the Nuck's diverticulum from a microlaparotomy approach from an inguinal canal into the abdominal cavity. At 1 cm on either side from the deferent canal, there are two parallel incisions of the abdominal peritoneum towards the seminal vesicle. The testicle is immersed into the saccular portion of the Nuck's diverticulum. A new straight canal is formed from the collar of the inguinal canal into the abdominal region, and the testicle surrounded by the Nuck's diverticulum is brought down through the above canal into the scrotum, wherein orchiopexy is performed.

EFFECT: method enables eliminating the potential damages of spermiducal pathways and cryptorchid testis blood supplies.
