SUBSTANCE: composition comprises, wt parts; butadiene-styrene rubber OKC-APM, 100; crushed rubber crumb, 5.0-20.0; desired additives: sulfur, 0.5-1.5; altax, 0.5-1.0; zinc oxide, 0.5-1.0; stearic acid, 0.5-1.0; plasticizer, 3.0-5.0. Crushed rubber crumb is prepared with degree of dispersity not exceeding 2.0 mm. Rubber crumb includes crumb prepared by crushing worn-out cross-tie rubber spacers. EFFECT: improved physico-mechanical characteristics of the composition, cheaper spacers and improved ecology. 2 cl, 8 ex, 1 tbl
