FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has end user interface, which is connected to database generation unit, processing unit, decision making unit. In addition device has communication unit, which is connected to database generation unit, and computer-based information carriers. Goal of invention is achieved by specific structure of information carriers which content is structured according to required official accountancy. Processing unit and decision making unit are equipped with software for automatic accounting of data and knowledge about safety and labor conditions at work places of specific production plant. Processing unit provides possibility to generate requests for processing of respective documents and gathering statistic information as well as possibility to use results of processing by decision making unit in environment of target expert systems. It provides possibility to convert produced decisions into controlling operation which alter labor safety conditions at work places of specific production plant.
