SUBSTANCE: personal computer is used for classifying and processing knowledge in computer environment of expert systems by means of intelligent interface and dialog mode of operation; proposed technique is based on adapted computer-aided training and knowledge check-up cycles using formalized knowledge and experience of qualified specialists. Use is made of character and graphics procedures and logic models for taking decisions by specialists. Pieces of knowledge acquired by personnel are entered in target knowledge base in the course of training and then they are used for improvement of mentioned training and certification technique with open developing training and knowledge check-up models being constructed. Information concerning trainee is accumulated in the course of training and certification for qualifying relevant training and knowledge check-up program.
