FIELD: food industry, particularly, production of curative-prophylactic preserves in the form of milk porridges. SUBSTANCE: gas-and-liquid extract of biomass of microorganisms Mortierella hygrophila is introduced in pasteurized milk in the amount of 0.02-0.2 mas.% and then introduced there, are washed blanched grits, common salt, thermostable sweetener, sodium ascorbinate and β-carotene. The mixture is packed in sealed-off tare and cooked with its simultaneous sterilization. EFFECT: prolonged storage life of product and broadened range of its curative-prophylactic action.
